Terms and Conditions (AGB’s)

Class Registration
> Once you have successfully signed up for your chosen course, you will receive an email with all the relevant course information as well as payment details.
Booking and Payment
> We kindly ask you to make a bank transfer of your class fees within 5 working days of registering for your course. Please note: If we have not received your payment within 5 working days, you will no longer have a reserved place in your chosen class and your registration will be null and void
> As soon as we have received your payment, you will receive a receipt of payment by email.
> Should we receive your payment later then the indicated 5 working days, and should your reserved place in the class already be given to another participant, then your payment will be returned to you in full. Furthermore we reserve the right not to hold your place for the class in question.

Cancellations
> Class cancellations, given to us in writing, up to 3 weeks prior to the the start of the course will result in a full refund.
> Cancellations up to 7 working days prior to the start of the course will result in a 50% refund. Please Note: it is always possible to transfer your classes to another person.
> Cancellations that occur less then 7 working days before the start of the course, or cancellations that occur once the course has already started,are not eligible for any refund.
> In the case that a class cannot be attended due to sickness or injury, no reimbursement of this class will be issued neither will an additional class at the end of the course trimester be offered to you. However, there is the possibility, provided there is availability, to participate in a different class during the course trimester to make up for the missed class.

Liability
> Services offered by Moravia Naranjo are to be taken at your own risk. Clients agree to sign a liability waiver for all Moravia’s courses,workshops and Private sessions.
> Moravia is not liable for course participants or 3 rd persons in cases of theft, physical injuries, any form of accident during or after her courses/workshops and private sessions.
> All clients are soley responsible for their actions/behavior/conduct/ inside and outside of the classes. All clients participating in Moravia’s courses both inside and out of the studio do so at their own risk. Parents carry responsibility for their children at all times.
> Moravia is not liable for course participants or 3 rd persons in cases of theft, physical injuries, any form of accident during or after her courses/workshops and private sessions.

Requirements
> The participants of courses, workshops and one-to-one sessions hereby declare with their registration that they do not suffer from a contagious disease,are sound of mind and physically capable to participate in courses and that they know of no medical reason that they are unable to carry out the exercises.. In case of doubt a doctor/physician needs to be consulted.
> Moravia Naranjo reserves the right to decline individuals participation in her courses if she deems them unable/unfit to participate for the above given reasons.

Court of law
> Austrian law is valid for this contract.
